We are so excited to have found such a wonderful setting for our workshops. The beautiful Manoir de l’Ormelais is nestled at the foot of Mont Dol, where legend has it that Archangel Michael battled with Lucifer. Those of you who appreciate high-vibrational energy locations will be as thrilled as we are that our accommodation sits alongside one of the most significant ley alignments on the planet, the Saint Michael’s axis.

L’Ormelais is situated only a few kilometres from Saint Malo and Cancale and offers you a stylish and comfortable stay. Standing in five hectares of leafy grounds, this family-run property provides the perfect base for exploring the Bay of the Mont Saint Michel and the many other attractions in this beautiful area of Brittany. There are sacred sites to explore, sandy beaches, rocky coves, medieval towns, golf courses, riding, cycling, climbing, sailing and many other activities nearby.
Built in the 18th Century, the spacious main house offers the ideal place for larger gatherings and is decorated in a quirky mix of modern comfort and rustic charm. There is a vast kitchen with French windows which open out onto the garden, a long pine dining table and space to lounge in. The lounge has a dining area at one end, which snuggles up to a wonderful granite fireplace, and at the other end there are comfy sofas and a grand piano. The crowning glory of the house is its walled garden with a pretty pergola and a barbecue area for al fresco eating.
Sleeping accommodation will principally be in shared bedrooms, with single beds. If you come as a couple or with a friend or family member, please let us know in advance. Friends and partners who are not participating in the course are more than welcome to join us and to do their own thing during the day – please contact us to so that we can help you find the best arrangement.
Breakfast, lunch, tea and coffee are included in the price of the course. We have opted to keep the evenings free so that you are able to explore and try out the many fantastic restaurants that the region has to offer. Opportunities for dining out range from crêperies to Michelin-starred restaurants. If you prefer you are welcome to use the kitchen facilities to prepare your own meals. Please let us know if you have additional dietary requirements – a varied vegetarian menu will be available.
